Student Discount Eligibility

If you’re in college or university, you qualify for 10% off most of our remote support services.

Just provide one of the following:

• Valid student ID card

• Current university email address ending in .ac.uk

This discount is for personal use only - if you’re running a business, standard pricing applies.

Seniors Discount Eligibility

If you’re aged 65 or over, you’re entitled to 15% off all personal support services, including home visits.

We simply ask for proof of age, such as:

  • Driving licence

  • Passport

  • Senior bus pass or similar

How to Claim Your Discount

Getting your discount is easy, just mention it when booking - by phone, message, or email

  1. Provide ID - student card, bus pass or other valid proof

  2. We’ll apply the discount to your invoice automatically
